Product Ingredients : Cleavers, Chaste Berry, Burdock Root, Dandelion Root, Squaw Vine, Ginger, Peppermint, Chickweed, Mullein, Red Raspberry, Chamomile
Place 2 teaspoons of herbal blend in a tea bag or infuser. Allow blend to steep in 1 cup of hot spring/bottled water for 5 minutes.
For a more concentrated tea use the infusion method. Steep 4 tablespoons in 8 cups of warm/hot water, in a glass container or jar, for 6-8 hours. Strain tea when ready to enjoy.
To see best results consume blend 3 - 4 times a week for 3 weeks prior to next menstrual cycle. Effectiveness and how long it takes to see results varies from person to person.
