Place 2 teaspoons of herbal blend in a tea bag or infuser. Allow blend to steep in 1 cup of hot spring/bottled water for 5 minutes.
To get the best results from this tea use in an infusion method. Steep 4 tablespoons in 8 cups of warm/hot water, in a glass container or jar, for 6-8 hours. Strain tea when ready to use.
